My Approach

We will first chat to get a history of your injury and other health concerns. You will go through tests so I can see how you move.

Initial assessments include a full musculoskeletal exam including static and dynamic postures, range of motion assessments, muscle strength testing, and utilizing movement screens as required.

After findings are reviewed, manual therapy and corrective exercises are provided as necessary.

Follow up appointments include manual therapy, exercises, and reassessments as needed. Home programs are provided and updated at each session.

I bring my treatment table and any supplies or tools that will be needed.
